A six-dimensional daily practice spanning attention, evaluation, memory, temporal orientation, relational cognition, and somatic regulation — the integrated protocol. It is the furthest along, building on the published Hexad model.

Where this sits

The praxis is the newest growth of the program and, by intent, the most consequential: it is what the research is ultimately for. The sciences prove the condition is measurable; the sagas prove the mechanism is real; the illuminations show it operating across seven frequencies. The praxis is the part that asks what to do about it.
